D&I assessment is a process of obtaining valid data and information about the performance of an organization on key D&I elements. Assessment is a critical step to long-term success, as it provides a data-driven understanding of your current state around diversity and inclusion to guide strategic decisions around resourcing and action planning. You can also use it to establish a baseline and measure progress, depending on where your organization is at in your D&I journey.

D&I COUNCIL STRATEGIC PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
Partner with me to create a Diversity Council or optimize your existing D&I council strategy for greater effectiveness. I develop and facilitate Diversity Council strategy workshops, and share best practices to spark innovation and creativity around how other companies move the needle.
